Clemenson Homes is family owned and operated, and started with a partnership between Shawn and Kristen Clemenson and Cary and Regina Clemenson, we truly foster the “team” atmosphere. We love what we do, and we do what we love.
Our business is compartmentalized into four area’s of expertise. Shawn is the delivery end of the job. Where the “rubber meets the road” Shawn is a stamped concrete professional and a carpenter by trade. Kristen is “the enforcer” she very much enjoys applying her personal ethics to the tax policy and accounting end of our business. Regina, “a real estate professional” has an extreme eye for detail, her endorsement of the finish quality of our spec and custom homes is a constant obsession. Cary has the glorious end of the business, “administration”. Yes, spreadsheets, insurance and finance are what makes Cary tick. Showing up on any and all job sites to proclaim that “things are costing way too much”. All humor aside, we are a team. And we cannot be beat. We are motivated by the excitement of providing excellent customer service and top quality homes.
