Deposit:
The Deposit is charged in advance for reservation of the apartment and
for insurance purposes, for example if there should be damage or stains exceeding the norm
which require repairs. Furthermore, the deposit also includes all fees that arise when moving in,
such as the cleaning of the room and new bedding (sheets, covers, etc).
Therefore, out of 30,000 JPY, only 15,000 JPY are refundable at the end of your stay.
