Procedure You like what you saw on our homepage and would like to stay at one of our properties, butdo not how to proceed? - In this case, please read the following for detailed instructions. We are looking forward to your inquiry! » 1. Inquiry Please send us your inquiry including your full name, contact address, the number of guests wishing to stay with us, the property of your interest and your desired period of stay. Thereafter, we will send you a detailed expense estimate based on your information and further materials about the property such as pamphlets and pictures. (Depending on the contents of your inquiry, we shall contact you via telephone in some cases.) » 2. Reservation To verify your inquiry formally, please proceed with the following procedures. (Depending on the contests of your contract, additional documents or payments might become necessary.) (1) Submitting the moving-in application form and a copy of your ID. (Either per mail or FAX .) (2) Wiring the first payment. This can be the security deposit only, or the first month's rent and sundry expenses for moving in depending on how long in advance you make a booking. Notes: The security deposit does work as an reservation fee and is excluded from the rent. The rent can be paid seperately, but has to be paid before moving in. Also, please keep in mind that we will not refund any amount of the reservation fee paid in case of sudden cancellation. » 3. Moving In After completing the reservation procedure, we shall send you detailed information about the location of the property and the moving in procedure and wll adjust the moving in time to your arrival time. Notes: Depending on the method used to send us your documents previously, we might ask you to fill out the forms manually one more time on your moving in day. » 4. Moving Out The day for Moving-Out is the last day of the contract period. After moving out, our staff shall check the room condition for stains or damage exceeding the norm. If the room is in a good condition and assuming the rent was always fully paid previously as well, we shall refund the security deposit in full. However, the guest will bear the costs of the bank deposit transfer. » About the extension of stays If you intend to extend your stay with us, please contact us at least 2 weeks in advance to the end of your contract. Thereafter, we will consult with you about your wish to extend your stay, depending on inquiries from other guests and possible other circumstances. Therefore, the earlier you let us know about your wish to extend your contract period, the better the conditions we can offer to you.
