Basic Outline:

Smoking : To maintain a healthy environment for all our tenants, smoking is strictly prohibited for all CLASSICO houses. However, designated smoking areas are available in most instances. Please ask our staff for details.
Internet : For all 【CLASSICO】tenants, access to the internet is free of charge.
Potential Rental Period : At least 1 month or longer
Average Rental fee for 1 month : Ranging from 40,000 YEN to 70,000 YEN
