■旧バージョンのFlash Playerのアンインストールと最新バージョンのFlash Playerのインストール

Flash Playerのアンインストールを「コントロールパネル」→「プログラムの追加と削除」から行った場合、現行のバージョンはアンインストールできますが、さらに古いバージョンのActiveXコントロール Flash*.ocx が残っている場合はそのままになります。

Flash*.ocx は C:\WINDOWS\system32\Macromed\Flash フォルダにインストールされます。

# 「スタート」→「ファイル名を指定して実行」で %Windir%\system32\Macromed\Flash と入力 OK でフォルダ表示

この場合は、Flash Player のアンインストーラ uninstall_flash_player.exe を使ってアンインストールします。

つぎに最新バージョンのFlash Playerをインストールする場合は、IEとIE以外のブラウザそれぞれでAdobe Flash Playerのインストールページにアクセスする必要があります。

# 同時にインストール：無償Googleツールバー（オプション）や

# 無料のMcAfee® Security Scan Plus (オプション) に

# チェックがついているので不要な場合はチェックをはずすこと。

尚、IE用のFlash Player ActiveXコントロールインストーラ install_flash_player_ax.exe と IE以外のFirefox、Safari、Opera用のFlash Player Plugin インストーラ install_flash_player.exe を実行することでも各ブラウザ用のFlash Playerをインストール可能です。

Flash Player アンインストーラ実行時は

Web ブラウザを含む、すべてのアプリケーションを終了します。

注意　：　Flash Player を使用するアプリケーションすべてを終了する必要があります。Flash Player を使用するアプリケーションが起動した状態でアンインストーラを実行すると、起動しているアプリケーションから Flash Player が削除されません。

インストーラ実行時もすべてのWebブラウザを終了させてから実行すること。
