i have been looking for a summer hat.  i reached out via facebook to my peeps.

my requirements:

- wide wide brim

- thin material, breathes

- classic – mostly neutral but interesting

- no floppy – need ultimate sun coverage

i got lots of responses and i couldn’t believe it but, DUH i forgot to look at target.

i did, and i got a couple hats that were very reasonable and i LOVE them.

When mine arrived in the mail and I started wearing them, I have to say I found this to be true.  I personally don’t like high heeled or wedged shoes because I am so clumsy.  I didn’t feel this with the Danskos!  They made me feel supported and FABULOUS!

For reals guys, I would highly suggest these shoes.  I LOVE them!

I have a pair of old UGG snow boots that I continue to drag around California with me because I love them. I can’t give them up. What if I live somewhere snowy in a couple of years? If you have to go out in the snow you might as well be wearing a fun pair of boots. Whether its a classic boot or one with fun colors, you should have a snow boot you love enough to hold onto. Even if you move to California.

I’ve put together a few thanksgiving outfits. Whether you’re eating with roommates and friends, headed out to a restaurant or carving the turkey with your future in-laws, there’s an outfit for you.

I love boots. I look forward to fall, knowing I can wear boots everyday. You can wear them with anything and everything (I know, I do). They work with dresses and skirts to jeans and cords. Boots are definitely a great investment piece!
