Eric W. Jones is a custom home builder and remodeler specializing in green and sustainable construction.  Each new home, investment property or addition that we build or renovate is built to the Energy Star and NAHB Model Green Home Building Guidelines.  Eric is also committed to providing affordable housing built to the same standards in his real estate investment company.  Eric is Green Builder Certified through the Green Builder College, a NAHB Certified Green Professional and a Certified Energy Star Builder!  Eric is also a NAHB Accredited Green Building Verifier, a member of the U.S. Green Building Council (Piedmont Chapter), the Triad Green Building Council, the Home Builders Association of Winston-Salem, and the Winston-Salem Regional Association of REALTORS.  Eric is married to his lovely wife Sonja and they have three daughters named Sierra, Sydney, and Summer.
