オフィス系のファイル閲覧と編集ができる『Olive Office Premium』。1,000円超えのオフィス系ソフトの編集アプリが多い中で、本アプリは名前にPremiumとつくものの無料です。クラウドサービスとの連携も充実していて、『Google Docs（Googleドキュメント）』や『Dropbox』内のファイルもスムーズに扱うことができます。
外出先から会議の資料を確認したり作成するのに便利なので、仕事でAndroidスマートフォンを活用するビジネスマンの皆さんに、ぜひチェックしてほしいアプリです。
Olive Office Premium：オフィス系ファイルの閲覧や編集ができる
本アプリでは、「ワード（doc、docx）」「エクセル（xls、xlsx）」「パワーポイント（ppt、pptx）」の閲覧および編集作業を行えます。閲覧のみであれば、PDFやCHM形式のファイルも利用できます。
ファイルは、「Local Files」から開くことができます。ファイルの場所がわからない場合は、「File Search」で形式とファイル名を指定して探すことが可能です。ファイル形式ごとにアイコンが表示され、探しやすくなっています。
また、メールに添付してあるファイルも表示する際に本アプリを指定すれば、閲覧だけでなく直接編集することもできます。
表示画面では、上部のアイコンや「メニュー」から呼び出して、作成や削除、添付などの操作が行えます。PCでの作成時に使うような細かな操作が揃っているので、外出先からも気軽にファイルを編集できます。新規のファイルを作成する場合は、メイン画面の左下の「＋」からファイル形式を指定すれば、ファイルを作成できます。

直近で開いたファイルは「Recent Files」に閲覧した履歴が表示されるので、ここから開けばわざわざ探す必要もありません。さらに「☆」にチェックを入れておけば、お気に入りファイルとして「Starred Files」に登録できるので活用してみましょう。
Olive Office Premium：クラウドサービスとの連携も可能
本アプリは、端末内のファイル以外に『Google Docs（Googleドキュメント）』と『Dropbox』のクラウドサービスのファイルもスムーズに閲覧・編集することができます。ファイルをメールやUSBで、Androidスマートフォンへ移す手間がなくなる他、クラウド上でファイルを管理しておけば、仕事のメンバー間でもファイルを気軽に共有できますね。
最初にアカウントとパスワードを入力するだけで、端末内のファイルと同様に利用できるので、ぜひ活用してみましょう。クラウドサービスを利用していない方は、この機会にクラウドサービスデビューしてみてもいいかもしれません。端末の容量軽減やバックアップに利用できるなど、なにかと便利ですよ。
