Our Mission
The Community Foundation's mission is to increase giving in our community. Our primary objectives are to educate donors about the tax benefits of giving and provide tax advantageous avenues for giving. In so doing, we are able to strengthen our community's nonprofits and churches by increasing the donor pool offering them cost-efficient management of their resources.
Calculating the Tax Savings of a Donation
Use this simple calculator to figure out the net cost of a donation. Just enter the amount you would like to give and your federal tax bracket (see chart). The calculator will display the net cost of the donation and the tax savings.
