Today I have written a CTGPR to ISO/WBFS converter. It is a script collection for Linux, Mac and Windows.

Instructions (copy of README.txt)
Code:
	*******************************************
	***** CTGP Revolution v1.01.0000 *****
	***** by MrBean35000vr & Chadderz *****
	*******************************************
	***** Scripts by Wiimm *****
	***** Status = ALPHA *****
	*******************************************

These scripts work only with with version v1.01.0000 of CTGP Revolution.
For other versions the script 'copy-files.*' must be fixed.

Theses scripts are only tested rarely. So the status is *** ALPHA! ***

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

1.) Install wit tools: http://wit.wiimm.de

2.) Copy the CTGPR pack into this directory (only 'mkwii' is needed).

3.) Copy a backup of the original "Mario Kart Wii" in this directory.
Supported image formats: iso, wbfs, wdf, wia, ciso

4.) Linux and mac users only: execute: chmod a+x *.sh

5.) Call one of these scripts:
create-pal.sh : Linux and Mac users, create a PAL version
create-usa.sh : Linux and Mac users, create a NTSC/USA version
create-jpn.sh : Linux and Mac users, create a NTSC/JAPAN version
create-pal.bat : Windows users, create a PAL version
      create-usa.bat : Windows users, create a NTSC/USA version
      create-jpn.bat : Windows users, create a NTSC/JAPAN version

The scripts will create a WBFS image. If you want another type,
edit the script with a text editor an change the line: IMAGE_TYPE=wbfs

6.) You found the new image in the sub directory 'new-image'

Have fun, Wiimm
* Download: ctgpr_v1.01.0000-to-iso-alpha.zip

I have tested it only rarely and no chance to test the japan version. So I call it ALPHA!

I meant its patching, I realized how that post sounds like I did the whole thing, so I editted it.
In my book, if something is patching right, its 1/2 working right.

Could you explain in more detail how to do this? I have used WIT before, and understand the scripts and such, but many of the directions are rather vague.
