Welcome to the Wizards of the Coast Issue Submission page. We are very sorry your play experience was adversely affected by an issue and we would like to make the process of reporting it and/or requesting reimbursement as easy as possible. Unfortunately, so we can quickly and efficiently process all requests, there are a few steps we must ask you take. All request for reimbursement are processed in accordance with two separate policies. We ask all players to read and agree to both, even if some of the terms in one or both may not directly apply to your situation.
