と称し本日の聖教一面に掲載されているが、この大学、英語名は「Bataan Peninsula State University」と称し、文字通り国立大学ではなく地方(州)大学である。この大学の歴史を調べると、このようにある。

この大学はバターン半島における最初で唯一の自治区大学である。
History
The Bataan Peninsula State University was established by Republic Act 9403 which was signed into law on 22nd of March 2007.

Before the conversion, BPSU used to have three campuses; two are located in the City of Balanga while the third is situated in Orani, Bataan.
