Until recently dolphin, whale and porpoise meat products were available on the Japanese version of your Amazon marketplace. Recently those items were removed due to pressure from a small portion of the population. These products are part of Japanese culture, they should remain on your Japanese site. There are 150,000,000 people in Japan, would Amazon be a company that would strip them of their culture due to the complaints of a minority located thousands of miles away? Will Amazon also be removing pork products to appease its Muslim shoppers? Will beef products be removed to appease Hindu customers? When will we go down the slippery slope of banning certain books? I love Amazon and purchase regularly, but if this is how you feel about Japanese culture I can type rakuten.co.jp just as easily. Please let the people in Japan tell you how to run your Japanese market.
最近まで、イルカや鯨などの肉がアマゾン・ジャパンで販売されていましたが、少数の人々の圧力によって停止させられました。それらの食品は日本の食文化で あり、アマゾン・ジャパンでは販売されるべきものです。日本には１億数千万の人口がありますが、数千キロ離れたごく少数の人々が苦情を言っているからと いって、文化を奪ってよいのでしょうか。アマゾンはイスラム教徒が苦情を言えば、豚肉の販売も止めるのでしょうか。インズー教徒をなだめるために牛肉も止 めますか。いろいろな本の販売も止めなければいけません。私はアマゾンが気に入っていますが、日本でこのようなことがあれば、楽天に乗り換えることもでき ます。日本市場でビジネスをするなら、日本の人々の声を聴いてください。
