I understand that I am required to report gambling winnings and that I am allowed to deduct gambling losses. But I do I determine gambling losses? Specifically, if over the course of a year I fund an online poker account with ,000, cash out winnings for ,000, and have ,000 remaining in my account, can I deduct ,000 in losses or am I limited to ,000 in losses?

Also is there a casino that lets you play craps and count it for the paythrough multiplier. These casinos need to accept US players.
dollar4dime.com gives you 100% when you sign up and 10% reload and accepts US players

I live in oklahoma and I went to the firelake grand casino and it had class 3 slot machines. I think the casino in my town has class 2. Whats the difference? Also firelake has poker and roulette but the casin in my town only had slot machines.
“Some states have restrictions on the type (called “class”) of slot machines that can be used in a casino or other gaming area. “Class III” (or “traditional”) slot machines operate independently from a centralized computer system and a player’s chance of winning any payout is the same with every play. Class III slot machines are most often seen in Nevada or Atlantic City and are sometimes referred to as “Vegas-style slots”.
“Class II” slot machines (also known as “video lottery terminals” or “VLTs”) are connected to a centralized computer system that determines the outcome of each wager. In this way, Class II slot machines mimic scratch-off lottery tickets in that each machine has an equal chance of winning a series of limited prizes. Either class of slot machines may or may not have a player skill element”

Having answered that one, how do you feel about Climate Change Roulette?
After all, there’s always a chance that the vast majority of mainstream scientists are wrong, no?
And that the gun really isn’t loaded with bullets?
Sounds like a con philosophy. Dumb!

I have never played the scratch cards and for some strange reason I have an urge to buy one. My question was do I just scratch a sertain amount of “your numbers” or can you scratch the whole card off?…Im confused.
Scratch tickets are already the worst bet you can possibly make. It’s even worse if you don’t know what you’re doing.
Be very careful you don’t scratch anything that says “If you scratch here, your ticket will be VOID”, or something like that. Some states used to put a special code that would void the ticket if revealed. (I don’t know if anyone still does that now.)
Do yourself a HUGE favor if you start buying scratch tickets. KEEP TRACK of how much you spend on them and how much you win. I’ll tell you what you will find out after a while:
Over time you will see that for every dollar you spend, you will “win” back approximately 50 cents. So once you reach the 0 “spent”, you will have “won” back around ON AVERAGE. You might get lucky once in a while, but over time you’ll see that I’m right. You’ll “win” back only about 50% of what you spend.

I here you should never play on VLT machines, only regular slot machines. Why?
VLT is all the machines are hooked together where as a slot machine is independent.. A slot machine is programmed to pay out so much independently.. Machines tied together in a VLT act as one.. A person can dump tons of money in there (a VLT) and never hit anything.. The payout is much worse.. Like 50% Where slot machines pay out in the neighborhood of 90%. But on the flip side.. Saw a gal hit 3 royal flushes in like 45 minutes at a VLT machine.. Oh Ya.. She sat there and played it all off.. Don’t people know where the “cash out” button is?

I have personally seen others and myself hit the bonus feature on a slot machine when we are down to our last pennies. Magically, the bonus feature comes up when we are playing a ridiculously small amount. So, are machines set to do this or is it my imagination? If this is true, is it harder to get the bonus feature if playing the maximum amount?
It is definitely your imagination. You’re ignoring all those times you hit the bonus with max coin in and focusing on the times when your bets were small because those are the times that stick out in your mind. Slot machines hit the bonuses with the same frequency when making small bets, unless of course you’re at a machine where you must play max coins or lines to activate the bonus, in which case the bonuses hit less often with smaller bets.

what are some games like the sims or sims2
Some games that have some the sims magic. Other than the many sims packs similar games are as follows:
Animal Crossing (GameCube, DS)
IN this game you control a virtual avatar in a town that is ran by animals. Playing at different times of the year gives you new items.
Nintendogs (DS)
Instead of taking care of your virtual doll house you must help your virtual pet.
Rollercoaster Tycoon & Rollercoaster Tycoon 2 – (PC)
A game where you build your own theme park. If you like the building editor on the Sims you will like Rollercoaster Tycoon.
