It's from a hentai game called 3D Custom Girl. You can create a character, download mods, create poses, etc. There are a bunch of threads on hongfire that will have a torrent of the game somewhere.

Be warned though, modding this game is stressful as there are soo many faulty mods out there that won't work or would crash the program.

You can google search "3d custom girl mods" and you will come up to some sites that will have torrents and rars for mods along with some catalogs so that you know whaat you are downloading.
