How to Register
On-site registration will be available during the conference at the registration desk. The registration fees for the IEEE-NEMS 2012 Conference are as follows:

Registration fees for participants include:
- Conference material (1 Conference bag, and 1 CD Proceedings), and Access to Social Events (1 Welcome Reception, 1 Conference Banquet, and 3 lunch tickets (on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)).
- Drinks and food served at the tea-breaks are also free to all registered attendees.
Payment Method
The payment methods are listed in the followings:
- Check/Money: Payable in Japanese Yen (JPY).
- Credit card payment: VISA®, MasterCard®, American Express®, Diners Club®
Accommodations
Kyoto is a well known tourist destination; therefore conference participants can alternatively make individually their own hotel arrangements. There are hotels of every price range in many convenient parts of the city.
