RepGeek does not and cannot verify that any member has the right or ability to sell or distribute their listed items. However, we are committed to removing infringing or unlicensed items once an authorised representative of the rights owner properly reports them to us. Without limiting any other remedies available to RepGeek at law, in equity or under this Agreement, RepGeek may, in its sole discretion, suspend or terminate any persons membership if that member breaches the terms of this Agreement, the general forum policies, or we reasonably suspect or believe, or are informed by a government authority, that a member (by conviction, settlement, insurance or escrow investigation, or otherwise in our sole discretion) has engaged or may engage in fraudulent activity using, or otherwise in connection with your use of our forum, and you will have no claim whatsoever against RepGeek in respect of any such suspension or termination of your membership.
