Creating a Wizards Help/Forums Account

To contact Wizards of the Coast Game Support about questions or problems concerning our games, products or services, you must first create a Help Account.  This account also gives you access to the Wizards.Community forums.  If you are a current Dungeons & Dragons Insider subscriber, you do not need to create a separate Help account - your D&DI e-mail address and password will allow you to log in to the main Game Support site.  If you do not subscribe to D&DI (for example, you have a Magic Online account or you've never subscribed for a Wizards of the Coast Help Account, this guide will walk you through the process of creating your Help account.

1. To begin, click the "Email Us" tab at the top of this page. You may wish to do this in a separate tab or browser in order to continue following along with this guide.

2. Enter your date of birth using the drop-down selections and click continue.

3. Fill out the Account Details page, click on and read the User Agreement and then click "Create My Account".

Congratulations! You have now successfully created your Help Account!

Now you must activate it - here's how:

You will be sent an e-mail containing a link you must click to activate your account.  Some e-mail providers may block this e-mail or mark it as spam, so please make sure wizardscusthelp@wizards.com is listed as a safe source.  If you are having problems activating your account, or this e-mail does not arrive, please call Game Support at (800) 324-6496 for assistance.

5. When you click on the link, you will receive a pop-up message confirming a successful activation.
