Eleven2 is a nice company that I have ever dealt with. They have nice group of people working. They offer quick and fast reply to your ticket and make certain that the customers are satisfied with services. Though it is not a top web host available in the marketplace, it is quite nice to get the services from.

Believe me. I have a bad experience with Eleven2. I’ve just made cancellation of my one month period. I thought the CLOUD can use like shared hosting but they are totally different. Shared hosting is used to me, like IX, Godaddy. But this one no documentation for beginner like me. When I ask them to where to start by sending email, chatting. Nobody can help. Some of their staff told me they don’t find my paypal payment. I have to provide again to get some help, then told me to open ticket. What a waste of time ! I mean if I didn’t pay how could I access the Client area ? I made the payment on 6 August 2011, they asked me on 8 August 2011. Seriously, it is not good for me. I had to wait 17 hours because their Name Servers were not register and Godady don’t accept thier NS Address. Maybe they are for Hi-Tech people
Be carefully, if you know nothing about Cloud. don’t try it. I have to give up their service and my $46. Without help nobody can survive.
