What would happen if I use Blue-Black Cellophane on Bleached hair?

Dark Blue Hair

I have Darkest Brown Hair level 2 and want to streak my hair dark blue(the same kind shown in the picture), but I don't want to damage my hair too much. The problem is, every salon I went to here told me they have to bleach my hair first, up to three times even.

I've decided that I'm okay with that, but permanent blue hair color is hard to find in any of the salons here. They do have Blue-Black Sebastian Cellophane though, so I was wondering if that would work just as well.

I was also wondering what my hair would look like once the cellophane wore off, would I end up with blond streaks or something else?

Thanks!

ok i have to say bright blue fades really ugly- like mossy/moldy take my word for it. if i were you i would put blue/ black over your hair now so you don't fry it. it will be dark but shine blue> very cool. if you want it more intense you will need to bleach and color_ which will work but... when you wash semi permanent it will fade- no swimming in pool or ocean. it is great if you can rock it. i wore mine blue for a while and it was one of my favorites but alot of work. also you could use a dye like special effects or manic panic over natural for a great shine and effect. good luck
