Mix together one part light red Wella hair dye with two parts 20 volume Wella color developer in a plastic applicator bottle. Shake the bottle for 30 seconds with your finger covering the tip. Begin at the roots and color every strand of your hair. Let it sit on the hair for 30 minutes. The red dye is a filler shade that allows you to color over the blond.
