How to Bleach Hair to White Blond
White blond hair is a color that isn't easily achieved: very few people have blond hair that is light enough to be dyed white. For everyone else, the hair has to be bleached first. Once your hair is bleached and the color---natural or dyed---has been removed, you can easily use a home coloring kit to achieve the blond you're searching for. If you cannot find white blond at your local drugstore, try a beauty supply store or online.

Pour the powder bleach into the plastic bowl provided in the kit. Add a few tablespoons of the hydrogen peroxide to the powder bleach. Mix the chemicals together using the bleach brush that came in your kit. Continue to add peroxide until the bleach isn't runny, but isn't clumpy either.
-
2
Apply the bleach directly to your hair using the bleach brush. Coat your entire head evenly with the bleach.
-
3
Put on a plastic cap, and keep the bleach on your hair for the amount of time suggested in the instructions.
-
4
Rinse the bleach from your hair in the shower or over a sink. Shampoo and condition your hair once the chemicals have been thoroughly rinsed. Allow your hair to air-dry.
-
5
Mix the color with the hair developer from your white blond hair dye kit. Shake the bottle to thoroughly mix your dye.
-
6
Apply the dye to your hair, massaging the color in to saturate all your hair. Use the entire bottle of dye on your hair.
-
7
Leave the color to set in your hair for the amount of time suggested in the instructions; typically this is about 20 minutes.
-
8
Rinse the color from your hair under warm water until the water runs clear. Style your hair as usual.
