Spacious like a Brownstone with Pre-War charm, but situated on the 19th floor. Double-arched windows and 17' ceilings in great room. Incredible natural light and river views.

My parents stayed here over the Christmas holiday and couldn't have been happier with the accommodations. The apartment is spacious with magnificent views. It is also conveniently located with easy access to multiple subway lines. The host was also extremely helpful and prompt to respond.

We were extremely happy with our stay. Ames John is a wonderful host and the place is absolutely gorgeous and very comfortable. The building has a playroom and a gym and is perfectly located in Fort Greene. We would highly recommend this apartment.

We stayed in this fabulous apartment for two weeks while our own apartment was being renovated. Everything was as advertised and in impeccable condition. It was a real treat to stay here. Ames was a great host. Communicative and quick-to-respond.

This is a really nice apartment with amazing views of Brooklyn. It's really conveniently located and a 10 minute train ride to Manhattan. The apartment is very clean, well decorated and a comfy place to hang out. I'd stay here again.

Fantastic apartment, great views and could not be better located for transport. My wife and I had one of our best trips ever and the accommodation was one of the best parts of it. Finally, Ames is a great and helpful guy.

Could not have had a better experience with Ames John and his amazing apartment! The place is extremely spacious, modern, clean, beautifully decorated, and in a landmark building. All this with fantastic views over Brooklyn, out to Verrazano Bridge/Staten Island, New York Harbor, the Statue of Liberty and downtown Brooklyn/lower Manhattan. Amazing sunsets and city lights views! The location cannot be beat -- right in the middle of Brooklyn's best neighborhoods with pretty much every subway line you could possibly need across the street. Also next to the LIRR for easy access to JFK and Long Island. We had an amazing time and will definitely come back if the apartment is available for our next trip.
