The first time I encountered something that could be regarded as a medical issue that I made worse myself is when I started having acne when I was a teenager. He told me that I have an enlarged prostate and that it was about time I visited him. He told me that it was time for medications and he prescribed Finasteride to me. He told me it would take a bit longer to work than some other medications, but that it is better as its effects lat longer. In the end, it didn’t really take too long for Finasteride to work for me. I felt the symptoms going away in very short time and as I continued to use Finasteride, they became milder and milder. I am now still taking Finasteride and I can tell you that I barely feel the symptoms. I sometimes have troubles maintaining a stream, but that is about that. If you ask me, there is no better medication for enlarged prostate than Finasteride.
