i always make it a point to make clear where my photographic material comes from even if it's my own. it's a good habit! so many artists on here use unlicensed work they gnab off the internet assuming it's harmless enough, or claim filtered photographic material as their own paintjob. and deviantart doesn't seem too eager to police the issue (but i suppose the volume is an problem so it's usually up to individual deviants.)

Do you think most of people that uploading photo are thieves, though to take digital photo is very easy recently?

i don't know what the cultural distinctions are on copyrights in your country, and i don't care: we are on Deviantart and people from many countries share this place. if you are being honest, there is no reason to be rude when someone asks why your work is a photo and there is no proof that it's yours-- especially when you don't even admit it's 80% photo and call this a digital painting. that is incredibly suspicious, if you're annoyed you can blame yourself.
but you were extremely rude! you're a decent artist, but turned into an ugly, arrogant person just because i didn't kiss your ass about your mis-categorized work. that's a human shame.
