Anyway to make XP use 'List View' for all folders in directory?

Hey All-

Just wondering how to make XP use, by default, the "List View" for all of the folders within my G:Music drive. I have over 300 folders there, and as it is now every one shows icons when opened.

Thanks-
Jh

Open your G: and set the view to list. At the top of the page, go to TOOLS - FOLDER OPTIONS - VIEW - Apply to all folders button. Scroll down and make sure remember each folders view settings is ticked, and that restore previous folder windows at logon is un-ticked.
It will set all windows folders to the list view, but as you navigate through all other areas on your PC simply change them as you like.
