What do you tweak to have the 'My Documents' folder always display the contents as thumbnails? The default view is always 'tiles' and no matter how many times i change it to 'thumbnail' it still reverts back.
I noticed that there is a folder option 'remember each folders view settings', and it is checked, but i guess it dosent remember. -- The Very Latest SOHO Images »sohowww.nascom.nasa.gov/data/rea···ges.html

I will take XP SP2 as the most common case:
This registry tweak by MS-MVP Kelly Theriot doubles the limits for customization of folders under XP SP2: »www.kellys-korner-xp.com/regs_ed···8000.reg
Note -- by necessity, it also resets all existing folder customizations to their default state.
