How to 'Remember each folder's view settings'?

I've just moved to Windows 7, and I can't find the feature "Remember each folder's view settings". It is not available in the "Tools" dropdown menu of the folders. Where is this feature? How can I make each folder remember its view settings?

It is in the TOOLS - Folder Options - View within Windows...

Actually it isn't, it is in Windows XP but Vista and W7...
