How long does it take to stop thinking about cigarettes after you stop smoking?
I have quit for 4 days now the cravings have subsided, but I still think about them like Im missing sometihng. I smoked for about 5 years. Answer: You have to replace the bad habit with a good habit. Get addicted to something else, basically. Like exercise, or…a hobby, things of that nature.
