EDITORIAL: New standards on irradiated food need public trust

At long last, a set of new standards for radioactive substances in food will go into effect in April, replacing the provisional standards that have been in use since the accident at the Fukushima No. 1 nuclear power plant set off by the Great East Japan Earthquake.
