Fee Payment Schedule Associated with Attending VFS:

Fees are quoted and payable in Canadian dollars.

Fees can be paid by cash, cheque, money order, Visa, MasterCard or wire transfer.

If you are planning to utilize financial aid or loans, pre-approval may be required. Speak to an Advisor for further assistance or for further clarification.

  1. Application & Assessment Fee

You must include your non-refundable CDN-$200.00 Application and Assessment Fee payment with your application.

Once you have submitted your application, an Admissions Advisor will be assigned to help you through the application and assessment process.

When the process is complete, your Admissions Advisor will be in communication with you regarding your acceptance and to provide further assistance.

  2. 5% Deposit

Once you receive your acceptance letter, you will be required to sign a Student Enrolment Confirmation and Contract and pay an initial 5% deposit to secure your seat in the program. This initial deposit indicates to us your commitment, and allows us to secure a seat for you at the current tuition rate for the program into which you are accepted.

  3. 25% Tuition Fee Deposit

An additional 25% of your tuition is due no later than 45 days after acceptance, or 30 days before your program start date (whichever comes first). In some cases, if you are receiving full financial aid from the U.S. or Canada, this can come from your funding agency. Speak to an Advisor for more details. If you fail to pay this amount prior to this date, you may be required to forfeit your seat in your preferred start date.

  4. 70% Balance of Tuition Fee

The balance of your tuition is due no later than one month prior to your program start date. If you fail to pay the full amount before this date, you may not be eligible to start your program.
