■[others] Return to Sendai

After 13 days of the Tohoku earthquake, I finally came back to Sendai from Tokyo. I was especially worried about a large mirror and speakers in my home.

When I entered my home, I saw ...

The speakers were still on the bay window, although the insulators were gone. The mirror fell down, but it is on a cushion! So lucky for me, both of them are safe!!!

Although all small boxes on high places fell down and scattered here and there, they were not difficult to gather again.

I just lost one air circulator and several dishes and cups, but my favorite cup was included in the broken dished.

10 years ago, my partner and I visited Vienna as her graduation trip. We bought this cup there. Since I don't like to keep goods, I didn't have any goods of memory except of this cup. I lost the last one.

But she will come to Sendai soon. This cup might be unnecessary. Haha.

I should arrange moving my home and go to the lab to recover our working place.

■[piano] Merry Christmas Mr. Lawrence (Ryuichi Sakamoto)

For those who missed a time to celebrate a Christmas.

I first played this piece on November 19, 1992 in a piano class. For a long time, I thought this music ended so mysteriously.

However, this was completely my misunderstanding. Today, I realized that my score continues to the following pages that I DON'T have.

Although I like this mysterious end, I should buy the correct version of this piece.
