| Principal is viewed by customer as primary point of contact for engagements and the technical lead responsible for client deliverables and overall client satisfaction.Delivers consulting project activities, ranging from client identification and all steps through to final invoicing.Position requires strong interpersonal and technical skills and the ability to effectively articulate the business issues and solutions to Director-level clients.Technical responsibilities include problem identification, system architecture definition, design, solution development and implementation.Must be able to lead PS-related sales calls and develop proposals using standard templates.Also responsible for identifying new opportunities on current engagements for both Professional Services and other company offerings.Performance is measured on revenue, client satisfaction and personal utilization.Work with Managing Principal to identify key opportunities and develop proposals. Assist in the development of new offerings. Training of others as required. Must have strong communication skills and be highly motivated.
Qualifications: Requires a broad range of skills within a professional discipline to effectively perform complex assignments; demands familiarity with principles, theories, concepts and technologies as well as applied knowledge of established procedures, policies and practices. Generally requires a BS degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
Additional Qualifications: BS degree in Computer Science or related field. 4 year college degree or comparable experience. Demonstrated professional consulting and management experience with enterprise information security services. A minimum of 6-8 years security consulting experience including at least 1 year of managing multiple consultants/engagements simultaneously. Ability to lead and manage multiple security consulting engagements simultaneously. Knowledge and skills to prepare Statements of Work and proposal responses. Fortune 500 experience a plus. Industry certifications such as CCIE, CCNA, CISSP, CCSE, MCSE are desirable. Industry expertise desirable. (financial, distribution, etc)Must possess strong presentation and communications skills appropriate for multiple levels of an organization. Must have the skills and abilities needed to successfully coach and mentor a team of 2-5 consultants. |
