Our Day in Court

It’s been a while since I’ve last posted… sue me.  Wait!  Somebody’s already taken care of that!  It’s true.  Somebody’s really not thrilled that we’re out here jumping for Jesus.

But we finally have a court date!  Praise the Lord!  We now will have an opportunity to expose a variety of lies, false accusations, and fraud that we’ve discovered through our investigations.  While most people don’t really look forward to things like this, we welcome it.  We can adequately counter the false accusations against us and also reveal the truth.  We’ve been trying to figure out how to do this in a way that our adversaries will listen–and our adversaries actually gave us the answer in a bizarre twist of irony.  It will be a relief to be vindicated.

Please keep the person who is suing us in your prayers.  They can’t win, and the end will probably prove to be quite an embarrassment.  We don’t wish for this at all, however self-inflicted it would be.  It will get even more interesting if other family members get involved.  Please pray for the family. God loves them as much as he loves us.  A year from now, I pray we will all be jumping for joy together.  We ultimately love them very much, difficult as it is.

For those of you who are viewing this in a full browser, you may have noticed the “donate” link in the left column.  A big “Thank You” to those of you that are supporting us.  This stuff ain’t cheap.  We really appreciate your help.

  1. Is you Nov. 4 a Friday or a Saturday? Ours is a Friday, but I just woke up…

Will be praying for you all! Can’t wait til it’s over…

    God bless!

  2. Oh my! You do have strange adventures. This too shall pass. Praying for you.

  3. Father of light, we pray for you hand of deliverance over the people involved that are bound by the enemy and his lies. Give Scott and Michica the opportunity and strength to speak your truth boldly and compassionately so that much fruit would result from their sacrifice. May Your Name be proclaimed and glorified in their midst. Expose the lies of the enemy through their testimony and undermine his works through their witness. Send your spirit of courage and peace to bolster their faith to persevere through this trial with no fear. May there be no delay or extensions so that your deliverance will be swift.

  4. Sounds like there is plenty going on!

  5. “God promotes us by the very things that try to take us out…e.g., Joseph, David, the MacDonalds, etc.”
    John Paul Jackson
