BP Technology Challenge Triumph!
by BHS Admin - Thursday, 6 October 2011, 09:50 AM

2 Burnside teams went to Villa Maria for the Christchurch Secondary Schools BP Technology Challenge. It was comprised of 3 challenges (two we knew and had been practicing for two months and one which was a mystery).

The Burnside 1 team had an awesome day! 2nd place in the 1st known challenge, 2nd place in the 2nd known challenge and 1st in the mystery challenge, which made them the overall winners on the day! Burnside 2 did try really hard but it just wasn't their day.

The winning team was from 10RS. They are pictured below (l-r): Jun Kim, Nick Tamblyn, Lewin Tan, Nick Findlay, with Teacher-in-Charge Miss Nash. Part of their prize was some data logging equipment for the Science Department. Congratulations boys on an excellent achievement.
