Hey guys i've noticed that in the past few months everybodys had a craze for cps3 and now Mame has
allowed cps3 to be played on netplay. I have a feeling a lot of you are still looking for those files but i managed to find them and im going to post an easy tut for the Nebula test emulator( Runs fine barely any color issues, but no netplay) and Mame ( game play is normal big color problems with netplay)

I'll begin with the easy one the Nebula emulator (for those of you who just want to play the game with great quality).

NEBULA TUTORIAL:

The emulator can be downloaded from the nebula website here

The link is CPS3 Emulator Test Version 2. click on that to download the emulator. Once you've downloaded that just extract it into your documents for now. Now you need the working ROM. Nebula only needs the following

Keep the game zipped as you all know and leave it in your documents but dont move it inside the Cps3 nebula test emulator file. Go inside your cps3 nebula test emulator file and you should see
Emulator-Configuration files
open it and you will see that it shows you a bunch of stuff all you have to do to that file is ONE THING. See where it says ;Dir1=c:\cps3\roms

Take out the ; so it looks like Dir1=c:\cps3\roms without the ;. It was kinda confusing reading it from that configuration file but yea, REMOVE THE ; <--SYMBOL so its just Dir1=c:\cps3\roms. GOod now make the directory for your rom. The directory will be local disk/cps3/roms so make a folder cps3 in your local disk and then a Roms folder inside the cps3 file and put Sfiii3 IN THERE. Now for the easiest part . Go back to your Nebula cps3 emulator folder and open up Emulator. The emulator now has a rom directory with the game in it. Simply double click the game and run it. Set your controls on Game-Configure Controls and your set.

F.A.Q
Q:I put my rom in localdisk/cps3/rom but my emulator doesn't detect it!
A: Go to your configuration file in the emulator folder and remove the ; from Dir1=c:\cps3\roms.
Q:My game says its missing file sf33usa.bin
A:Re-download the Rom

This is for the NEbula emulator now im going to skip ahead and go to the Mame emulator so you can play ONLINe with street fighter 3.


MAME VERSION TUTORIAL

First you need the CORRECT emulator which can be found here

That is the right version now it supports CPS3 and netplay. Download and extract and leave it alone for now. Now for the most common problem, put the Sf3 you downloaded earlier( if you did if not go download it right now in the top of my guide) and move it into the Roms folder of mame3k Yea the version of mame is Mame3k from MugenFury. Now the biggest problem "WTF I RUN THE GAME AND IT SAYS MISSING FILE 33S000.CHD WTF IS THIS!!!" File 33s000.chd can be found on ****** and heres a direct link for it (Yes the file is 64 MB its pretty big but its the one here is the link

Big file yes now once you have finished downloading that simply copy it and move it into SFIII3 in your MAME rom folder. If you have winrar you can simply drag the 33s000.chd file right in there and it will just add to archive. Now that the file is in we are ready to play! Now you have all the files needed to play.( i dont know why mame needs 33s000.chd when nebula doesn't). Anywhom, to test if it works just go open up the Mame emulator and Ctrl F - Street Fighter and then it will filter Street Fighter games only, Go to street fighter Third strike (its the first one Fight for the future) CLick on it . It will load up now and it will say blabhalhbahl type in OK. Then a red message should appear saying This game doesn't work dont even try . Who cares press OK and the game is now loaded. YOu know the drill Press tab and input your game controls now for the Netplay part. To be sure your MAME rom of sf3 shoudl have this

GETTING NETPLAY IN TO MAME Useless since mugenfury.com emulator supports netplay so i'll just leave this here for extra use)

all it needs is kailleraclient.dll to get this is very easy. IF you have winkawaks simply copy kailleraclient.dll and put it in the entire mame folder (DONT PUT IT IN THE KAILLERA FOLDER although it says KAILLERA its not suppose to be there) Put it in the entire folder outisde of all the files. If you dont have winkawaks then go back to your old mame (if you have) and just copy the kailleraclient.dll and move it into your new mame emu. IF not you can download the one i attached at the bottom of this thread(its the one for Winkawaks WOrks fine). Now you have netplay, as you can see (i dont know if this is just me) the kaillera program will have black spots and the server tabs like recent,favorites,waiting games are INVIsible. THIs doesnt' mean they are gone they are still there just remember where they are. ALl the buttons on kaillera still work they just can't be seen.

VERY IMPORTANT: Before you go on netplay make sure your Mame knows the ROM DIRECTORY because if you dont set the rom directory then everytime you go on netplay you can't host any game. So just go to Options-Directories-Browse and the directory is inside the mame folder so just set it to that. Now you can host Street Fighter III Third strike Fight for the future on netplay!! your ready to play ONLINE now, remember the graphics are super screwy but i htink they updated mame so cps3 might look a little better. But this guide basicly has what everybodys looking for the 33s000.chd file

Q ude wtf man it says missing 33s000.chd but i downloaded it and put it in the rom folder
A: Put it in the ZIPPED GAMe inside the rom folder!! (yes you can drag n drop stuff into zip files)

A: I took a risk to download that dam thing and it turned out it works and please dont think that it has a keylogger or anything i spent just as much time as anybody else trying to find that file. ITS NOT A VIRUS

A: Mame needs sf33usa.bin and 33s000.chd so if you dont have sf33usa.bin download the upload i put below.

Q: Why is this game so screwy?
A: Because they are not done fully emulating CPS3 Roms.
