Select My School
If your school isn't in the list of schools, you can still get most of our information from the left hand tool bar, including:
- Information on mental health issues that are sometimes faced by college students
- Suggestions for helping a friend or family member struggling with suicidal thoughts
- Links to other online resources on issues related to mental health
- If you are experiencing emotional difficulties and would like to speak with a mental health professional, locate your health or counseling center on your school’s website or through the main information number for your campus.
- If your school does not offer health or counseling services, ask your adviser about mental health resources in the community.
- If you need immediate assistance, contact the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1-800-273-TALK (8255), call 911, or go to the nearest emergency room.
