ULifeline is an ANONYMOUS online resource where you can learn more about emotional health and ways to help yourself or a friend if you are struggling with your thoughts or feelings. We ask you to select your school so that we can provide you with information about resources at your school.

Please CONTACT US and we'll get in touch with your school so that you can access all of ULifeline's  features, like:
  • If you are experiencing emotional difficulties and would like to speak with a mental health professional, locate your health or counseling center on your school’s website or through the main information number for your campus.
  • If your school does not offer health or counseling services, ask your adviser about mental health resources in the community.
  • If you need immediate assistance, contact the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1-800-273-TALK (8255), call 911, or go to the nearest emergency room.
