This week we are really proud to release a new "Manager" tool built into Rainmeter, as well as significant changes to the "About" dialog.

Manager
This new tool is available from the Rainmeter context menu as "Manage", and completely replaces the existing addon tools RainBrowser and RainThemes. All the functionality that was in those external programs is replicated in Manager, with additional features and vastly improved loading time and performance. This is some great work by our developer poiru, and is a nice improvement to Rainmeter for our users.

Manager can be called via bangs from skins or the command line with !Manage (TabName) as well.

About
The current About dialog has been changed to be much more useful when debugging skins. The Log tab has been changed to allow for only showing certain types of messages, and some work has been done on making the log less "chatty" in general. The Version tab now contains some additional information useful when asking for help on the forums.

About can also be called via bangs from skins or the command line with !About (TabName).

Rainmeter 2.1 beta is fully backwards compatible with skins written for any version of Rainmeter, and you need only install the beta on top of your existing installation. No need to uninstall 2.0 or worry about overwriting changes you have made.
