Lets not get too excited yet. All I have seen so far is a glorified COD. Show me some "Battlefield" and I'll get excited. Show me a tan, HumVee, Plane, Chopper, commander, 64 players, 8+ man squads, tank hunters, medics, support, Blackhawks, Parachutes and Wake Island... Then and only then will i get excited. So far this COD clone looks really good, lets hope that it graduates into Battlefield 3.

Battlefield a clone? Battlefield came out way before COD was born, and CoD was a Basterd brother of Medal of Honor

It's just ONE mission in a SINGLEPLAYER, theres not much you can do with a singleplayer with out making it similar to COD, It would be unrealistic to have Staff Sgt. Black an infantrymen as well as a trained apache pilot, fighter pilot, tank commander and whatever else - wait 'till a multiplayer trailer and you'll see that this will be very, very different from COD, although I do see what your saying.

Think about it! What have you seen in these videos that is any different than cod. Other than the graphics, nothing. So far its cod with improved visuals. Like I said show me the things that made battlefield battlefield. What are those things? Ask yourself that and watch the trailers again.

I don't agree man, they are two completely different games. The only similarities are that they are FPS games. That's about it. They are both fun as hell, but i like BF2 (PC) wayyyyyy more

Dude obviously there is going to be, wow... I would* get this game for computer instead of PS3, but PC is always hacked and RETARDED mods. Battlefield 2 got screwed out of half it's players becasue of a Project Realism mod, which sucks balls. I really hope there is ATLEAST 24 player online for the consoles on this game. Oh BTW for all you getting this for the Computer, the account and logging in processess are more broke then any other ****** EA release I have ever seen. I'm sure they will fix it though considering the only feed back anyone gives DICE or Electronic Arts, is " MAKE PC MOD TOOLS", to the response, "No your too stupid..." Haha, all facts. This game is going to be amazing, but most people who play cod will stick with the new release that is destined for this year, you know, of Infinity Wards Patch and new Title like the last 4 years! Let the mouthy, 9-18 year old, American drug addicts brainlessly: #1 RESPAWN , #2 SPRINT , #3 RINSE AND REPEAT CAUSE YOUR DEAD. Ofcoarse, they put in SEARCH AND DESTROY (+) HARDCORE |which| === ???REALISM AND SKILL??? ---NO! You people who likely play search and such objective game modes in party chat are the people who will, Like myself, never play a Call of Duty game again once this is released. It's just going to be so life-like, Innovative, and comparible to all the time I put in Airsofting. (I won't run around a corner and die anyways because GREEDY ***** won't support good player hosting, LET ALONE DEDICATED SERVERS. Suck it Infinity Ward, Treyarch even MORE! These 2 companies are greedy, lying, bussiness people with quite little respect for the field they support and work in, or the Horse **** stories they tell about people who had those tales much worst first hand. I felt the need to express myself on the COD | BF "war" at this time.

I'm a Battlefield {Vet}. I love to see 8 man squad with commanders. I heard that EA was going to drop out the commander options because no one uses it. Come on i get most of my points and other get theirs on commanding. we have true players that love that part. Give more medals on Commanding and you will see who don't like it. Plus jets and prone on infantry. I know it's hard for ps3 and xbox360 but give us Pc players the use of our 4 thousand dollar Pc we have built. So far Ea is on the right track on making 1 of my dreams come true.

DOnt get mad dude but the use of your 4thousand dolalrs PC ... thats exactly why i dont use PC anymore and that im on Xbox360 ... Cost alot have alot more problems with it and when it break ... yeeha for yourself to repair it ... AND you true about commander but EA as the word not enought peaple using it ... squad leaders are at least still squad leaders... Btw in a (vet) too since battlefield 1942 and yeah im in tears of my pc sometimes and ive played every battlefield games thats exist ... But i still have to say that the gameplay from PC to console should be the same ...

Well that's why this game is going to be soo awesome because the gameplay is not the same on PC and consoles. But if ur good with computers and can spend that amount of money and maintain it and know how to fix the problems... then it's the way to go. BF3 is going to be amazing... I'm glad i invested in a good computer, because PC gaming cannot be compared to consoles.

Wow, the whole game looks amazing, and I am looking foreward to more on that whole dragging to safety thing. I loved when he looked at the barred windows as the quake tremor thing started, and seeing the lights snap and spark through the divided beams of light coming in from the windows. Looking at the part where you actually shot some people, the small chunks of debris flying off close to the characters face from bullets hitting his cover looked fantastic. I can't wait to see more on this game and eventually own a copy for myself. That's one more pre-order you guys got there ;)

Hahhaha yeah i spent 1000$ for a pc, not as much as Bowin but still a lot. Its totally worth it though! Plus im planning on consistently making upgrades, like a monitor, keyboard, mouse, and maybe another video card before it comes out. ITS WELL WORTH IT!!!!!!!!!!!
