サーベラスの事件は話が進まんなあ
良く分かってないからアレだけど、とりあえずネットに出ているテキストはいまさらながらだいたい読んだ。
創価学会の資金を何割か運用しているサーベラスが青山の土地のまとめに暴力団関係者を使ったという話が出ているようだが、創価学会だって余剰資金の運用ぐらいするだろうし、サーベラスもほかのファンドと同じく土地の収用や地上げにそれ方面の関係者を入れることもあるだろうし、そもそも占有屋でも入っていたのならそういう手段を使わないことには仕事が前には進めない。それ自体は、そのような問題があるからサービサーを使うとかいろんなことを考えるわけだし、一時期盛んだった競売案件だって軒並みそういう物件だったのだから仕方がない。
一方、毎日新聞での情報漏洩があったとか、サーベラスから訴えられたとかいう話も同時にあるそうだが、書いた記者油脂解雇にして和解していたのか。まあなあ。で、国会質問しようとした議員が脅迫されたの？ それが一番問題じゃね。でもなんか話が錯綜してて何だか良く分からない。国会質問するな、で脅迫した連中は逮捕、サーベラスの記事をやっちゃった毎日新聞は担当記者解雇の裁判での和解で決着、創価学会はサーベラスで運用、サーベラスは当たり前のようにそういう方面に協力を頼んで不動産開発を進めようとしていた、大まかに言うとそういう話？
