(cache) I keep seeing the number 44.

For instance, today, I went up to my room to fetch a flashlight. Upon looking t the clock, it read, 10:44pm. Plus numerous other similar encounters.

Anyone have an idea what it means?

I've thought about it and came up with:

1) The date of the 44th President (2012) [Obama is the 43rd. One president was re-elected twice, ie. served two non-consecutive terms].

2) It means meditation (according to tarrot 44).

3. The 44th week of the year? (day 308, or November 4, 2011 = 11 4 '11, 11 420 11).

Oh, yeah, the number 38/308/whatever permutation (or 888 = 3 eights also followed me just before I started seeing 44 in spades).

4. Since 38 = 3 + 8 = 11 (and 44 = 4 x 11) => ie. 4 elevens, that could mean 11 11 (11) 11 (or november 11 (2)011).
