How to set up Wordpress blogs including Wamp server and other applications!

How to set up Wordpress blogs including Wamp server (apache, mysql, php application programs) to complete your study on how to make a website for your blogs, this is my strategy and you can get some information here!
Setting up wordpress blogs is quite difficult but I am here to guide some for you, this is really the first thing that I did because I am a newbie.
I've been contacted my friend who have idea on setting up on wordpress blogs because he is a programmer of php and more knowledgeable than me. He said that ' if you are a blogger then you can go to wordpress.org (you need a WAMP server) and if you want to make forums then you can go to phpBB.com. Because I am one of the blogger on the web, I've decided to go on wordpress.org.
This is what I did first, I go to Google.com and type the word WAMP, the very first result is the home of wampserver but I decided to click on the second result because this link is direct to the download page. (Download WampServer 2 - Download PHP, apache, MySQL) I've chosen WampServer 2.1e (32 bits)this is direct download link for your convenience. After you installed it, this is the installer image you can see! the color is somewhat pink and you can click to extract files and you can start wampserver.
Then go to wordpress.org to download the latest version of the wordpress blog tool and publishing flatform. After it downloads, find it and extract the files! just right click and click extract files and be sure the destination of the folder will be in the wamp folder - just find wamp and click www and now click extract files on wordpress.
After you are successful with your wamp server and wordpress, you can visit now (http://localhost/ then you can see your account their and create your database. Be sure your files on wordpress (wp-sample-config.php) has edited some content there and rename it to wp-config.php. You can browse on youtube on how to configure wp-config.php. You can go this link url ( just type it in your browser) api.wordpress.org/secret-key/1.1  - copy all the words you see after the results. Paste it to required field on the wp-config.php and by debugging mode change to true to enable. For your convenience, this is the link to youtube on how to do it!
