Stripped of her role ... Tracy Chandler in the saucy pose

FOOTBALL club bosses have kicked out Britain's only woman mascot - after she stripped off for a photo shoot.

Sexy Tracy Chandler was given the red card by Championship side Doncaster Rovers after she posed in raunchy undies for a national lads mag.

Dark-haired Tracy only agreed to show off her curves to help raise money for children's charity the NSPCC, which the club has been supporting with a series of fund-raising activities.

But stuffy directors reckon the glamour pictures gave the football club a bad image and booted her out of her voluntary role as mascot Donny Dog.

Tracy, from Armthorpe, Doncaster has been wearing the Donny Dog costume at matches and representing the club at charity events in the town for four years.

The 40-year-old mum-of-three said: "I can't believe what has happened. I am livid that they have done this. I have worked hard as the mascot and I didn't even get paid for it. I loved the job and I was more than happy to do it.

Do-gone ...Tracy Chandler given her marching orders

"The club has sacked me and I am devastated because I only did the pictures in the first place to help raise money for a really worthwhile charity.

"I have been to hospitals, schools and visited disabled children as Donny Dog, representing the club. The job has even cost me money because I cut down on my hairdressing work to fit in appointments as Donnie Dog.

Tracy added: "Now, they are saying I have disgraced the club. Maybe they have forgotten but it wasn't that long ago that some of the players did a naked calendar for charity with footballs strategically placed to protect their modesty.

"If I want to do something for charity and in this case to help the NSPCC charity, why shouldn't I? It's my body.

"I said I would do it if they gave the money to the NSPCC but Rovers said they wouldn't accept the donation."

A spokesman for the club declined to comment.
