DIAMINE INK
Information and reviews on other colour groupings is available:
Information about Diamine Ink is available on their web site: www.diamineinks.co.uk/
I regularly go through periods when I enjoy writing with a green ink.
Dark Green - is another colour experience I was not expecting.
The overall colour of the ink strongly leans towards green and not the blue-green that is shown on colour sample found on the Diamine web site. In fact, I am not sure what it is called Dark Green at all.
But since I like writing with a green ink I have been using this and it is soft in colour. By soft, I mean it does not have a harsh look that some of the greens have and are hard to take when looking at a full page of writing.
Performance was good.
Performance of this ink was consistent with the other Diamine colours.
Dalamere Green is one of the new colours issued in 20o9.
I like this ink colour as it is a very strong green and looks good for both business and personal notes.

The colour was not what I was expecting in terms of an emerald tone. It is a flat, interesting green with good tone.
Ink performance is consistent with other Diamine colours. Good flow. Drys in a relatively quick time.
The colour swatch on the web site has a different tone than what I found in using the ink.
Evergreen
A very soft green to look at, but it has a strong enough colour saturation that it has a good presence on the page.
This ink has worked well in various pens.
Good drying time. No stickiness to the ink at all.
A page of writing in Evergreen is easier to take, than say the Emerald Green that is shown in the preceding sample.
The colour sample on the Diamine website is a fairly good representation of the colour, it has a flatter look than what the sample may convey.
Green Black
Although the ink came out in 2009, I have not gotten around to obtaining a bottle until 2011, so I am including it in my update of new colours.
A dark rich green. It is easy on the eye. I have used this for business meeting notes and when I look at a page written with this ink, it looks good. Green Black has a softness about it. Not as harsh as some greens can be.
I have been using it in various pens and the performance in terms of flow is good. The ink has a good drying time - totally dry in under five seconds. There is no issue with the ink have any stickiness.
The colour swatch on the Diamine Website is a fairly good representation of this ink.
Jade Green
I found this colour to be very much like the Diamine Light Green but without the yellow undertone.
On white paper it is a difficult ink to use, as it goes on to very light, and then the ink colour sets.
Using a M800 double broad nib, there is plenty of shading in the strokes.
I won't be taking this one to the office, this is a special occasion ink.
In May 2008 Diamine issued Kelly Green - A bright green, with yellow undertones to the ink.
It is a very bright ink and it is more of a personal note colour as opposed to an ink used for business purposes. .

Bright, light green. This ink would be for personal notes rather than business purposes.
From using it on a couple of cards I found the ink to have good performance, similar to the majority of other Diamine ink colours in terms of flow and drying times.
In May 2008 Diamine issued Teal Green - is it a blue or a green? Regardless of how it is to be grouped I have enjoyed using this colour. It has a rich green tone, with just a tinge of the blue-green undertone to give it a distinctive look.
I used it right away for some of my writing. For business purposes, it is a colour that looks okay when you go back to look at a page of writing.
Good flow. Good drying time. Nice shading on broad strokes but no undertones of other colours coming out.

In May 2008 Diamine issued Ultra Green - a bold, bright, rich green.. This may be the green that folks are looking for!
In using the ink, the bold strong colour looks good in both business and personal notes. It dries okay on the paper and there is shading when written with broad nibs but no undertones of other colours coming through.

Umber Green is one of the darker greens in the Diamine line of green inks. The colour flattens when it dries but this is a green that is easy on the eye. I have used it for both business and personal writing and it looks very good and sophisticated on the page. | |
Woodland Green
A strong bold green, good flow, and performance is consistent with the other Diamine ink colours.
