Power Rangers at the Relief Run for Japan

March 28 2011

The Power Rangers participated in the 2-mile Tokidoki Relief Run Sunday morning along Santa Monica Beach.  Hosted by Josh Duhamel, who has raised more than $100K to date for Japan Relief (final totals for funds raised the run are still coming in), the event was a great mix of celebrities (Josh's wife Fergie, Paris Hilton) and kids and families, all running together, despite a little rain, to raise funds for the victims of the earthquake and Tsumani.

Just as with the event that the Rangers attended on Friday with partner Bandai, funds raised from the run will go to benefit the American Red Cross Japan Earthquake and Pacific Relief Fund, for victims of the tragic earthquake and tsunami.

The Rangers were on hand to thank participants and help spread the message that helping others and physical fitness go together - they're both Power Rangers values!

Thanks to everyone who participated in the run - and if you missed it, you can still donate online to help Japan.
