Rankings

The ranking system in AFC Asian Cup Prediction Game is based on these priorities which are:

1. Score prediction: prediction based on the match's score at the end of the match and it has the highest weight to determine the rank of the predictor.

2. Result prediction: prediction based on the match's result (win, lose or draw) and it has the second highest weight to determine the rank of the predictor.

3. Total prediction: total number of prediction made by predictor

Example 1

There are two predictors, A and B. A has made 6 predictions; 2 of the predictions were correct and another 4 were incorrect. B also has made 6 predictions; 2 were correct and another 4 were incorrect. Therefore, these both predictors should be in the same rank but what the system will do to decide the rank is comparing the date joined of these two predictors to determine who was the first to join into the game and that predictor will be on top of the other predictor.

Example 2

There are two predictors, C and D. C has made 6 predictions; 2 of the predictions were correct, but another 4 were incorrect. D has made 7 predictions; 2 were correct and another 5 were incorrect. Even though D has more incorrect prediction than C, D will be in higher rank, based on the total predictions he have made.
