Presentation

Haidong Gumdo is the Korean traditional sword martial art. It focuses on the sword practice and finds its roots in the ancient kingdom of Goguryeo. Its modern form has been synthetised by the Great Master Kim Jeong Ho, president of the World Haidong Gumdo Federation.

It is a multi-aspect martial art, complete and open to everyone: work on meditation, breathing, fighting, codified sequence, cutting, choreographed movements and, for experts, two sord practice and bare hand techniques.

Haidong Gumdo aims at developping physical and spiritual well-being for practitioners and allows to get better at understanding oneself and others.
