Googleカレンダーを使用した運用カレンダーです。 利用可能な時間を、CiNii→青、NACSIS-CAT/ILL→濃いオレンジ、Webcat→薄いオレンジ で示しています。ピンクは計画停電の予定です。
東京電力による計画停電への対応についてご説明申し上げます。
国立情報学研究所（NII）のコンテンツサービスは、保有するデータセンター（千葉分館）にて運用を行っております。
ご存知のとおり、このたびの東北地方太平洋沖地震の影響により東京電力の計画停電が開始されました。
同分館は計画停電区域内にあり、1日あたり数時間の停電の可能性があります。
また、同分館には停電時の非常用電源設備がありますが、地震の影響により燃料の調達が極めて困難な状況にあります。
ユーザーのみなさまのご不便を解消すべく、可能な限り定常運用に近づける努力を継続する所存ですが、NIIでは、当面、計画停電に応じて時限的なサービス運用を行う予定です。
本ページにおきまして、当日・翌日以降の短期的なサービス運用時間をお知らせします。
また、各サービスの状況について随時お知らせいたします。
変則的なサービス運用で大変申し訳ありませんが、ご理解のほど何卒よろしくお願いいたします。

This is to let you know how we provide our services in accordance with the rolling blackout planned by Tokyo Electric Power Company (TEPCO).
The NII content services are provided from the Data Center at NII Chiba Annex.
As you may know, the rolling blackout has been conducted by TEPCO due to the Great East Japan Earthquake. The Chiba Annex is in the rolling blackout area and expects the blackout for several hours in a day. Though the building has an emergency power system, it might not be workable due to the short supply of fuel.
We would try to provide a stable supply of the services wherever possible to eliminate the users' inconvenience, but, for the time being, our services are available in the restricted hours in accordance with the rolling blackout.
We would announce the service providing hours on the day and for several days after at this page. At the same time, we would update the status of each service as needed.
We apologize for the unstable services, but would appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
