We offer complimentary alterations on full-price men's suits and Collection apparel in select Ralph Lauren stores.

Finding the Right Size
Please use the following guidelines along with a fabric tape measure to be certain you're
ordering the right size. When taking your measurements, wear little or no clothing.
Waist
Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape comfortably loose.
Hips
Stand with your heels together and measure around the fullest part of your hips.
Chest
Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest or bust, including your shoulder
blades, then drop your arms to your sides to measure.
Neck
Measure around the middle of neck (at the Adam's apple). Allow room for your index
finger to fit between the tape and your neck for a comfortable fit.
Inseam
With the appropriate shoes on, measure from your crotch to your desired pant length

We ship via FedEx Home Delivery when you choose the standard delivery option. FedEx Home
Delivery delivers packages Tuesday through Saturday from 9 A.M. to 8 P.M. to residential
addresses. Orders sent by 5-Business-Day or 2-Business-Day shipping methods are delivered Monday through
Friday from 8 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. We recommend choosing 5-Business-Day or 2-Business-Day shipping if you are shipping your package to a business address. Ralph Lauren Gift Cards and Ralph Lauren Lighting are not eligible for expedited shipping.

Personalizing an item requires additional delivery time for your entire order. All orders that include Create Your Own items will leave our warehouse within 2 to 4 days of order placement. All delivery schedules (listed below) are in addition to the 2 to 4 day timeframe for order completion. Once your entire order is completed, we will e-mail you a shipping confirmation with the FedEx tracking information.
Create Your Own items cannot be returned or exchanged. Lighting returns and exchanges must be made to RalphLauren.com and cannot be accepted at Ralph Lauren stores.
Delivery schedules are estimated. Actual delivery times may vary depending on shipping locations. When
estimating package delivery time, please allow time for credit approval, address verification and order
processing.
We do not ship outside the United States. We do, however, have Ralph Lauren
stores all over the world. Please use the Store Locator to find the store nearest you.
The full amount will be credited to the original tender (credit card, gift card, or online gift certificate) if returned within 60 days of the ship date on your invoice and accompanied by the original invoice.
The current selling price will be credited if returned after 60 days and accompanied by the original invoice.
Sale-Price Merchandise:

1. Making a Return by Mail
Returns and exchanges must be made within the guidelines in our Return Policy. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment unless otherwise specified on the return/exchange form. Your credit card account will be credited upon processing of the returned item(s), and the credit should appear on your next statement. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing.
Please use the original shipping box and packing materials. For your convenience, a postage-paid return label has been provided. Simply affix the label to your package and leave it in a secure location where you normally place your outgoing mail or take it to your local post office. Your package will be returned to us via the United States Postal Service.
We will deduct $5 from your order refund for return postage when using the postage-paid return label. If you pay the return postage yourself, you will not be charged a fee. The $5 fee does not apply to gift returns from a gift recipient or same-item exchanges. Original shipping charges are not refundable. By using our postage-paid return label, you can track the status of your return shipment at RalphLauren.com through the Order Details page. Please allow up to 3 days after you mail your return for tracking to be available. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing.
Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange.

When paying for return postage yourself, we suggest you insure the package via U.S. Mail or FedEx, and purchase tracking services for your protection. Save the shipping receipt for your records. Only merchandise received by our warehouse can be credited.
2. Making a Return to any of our domestic U.S. Ralph Lauren stores
Returns and exchanges must be made within the guidelines in our Return Policy. You must have your invoice with you in order for the store to process your return and credit the original form of payment. RalphLauren.com merchandise can only be returned to Ralph Lauren stores and Rugby.com merchandise can only be returned to Rugby stores. Please use the Store Locator found at RalphLauren.com (Our Stores) or contact a Customer Service Representative at 888-475-7674 to find a Ralph Lauren Store or Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store near you. Returns cannot be made at department and specialty store locations. Items must be in like-new condition and unworn to be accepted as a return in our stores.
Please note that returning RalphLauren.com merchandise at our retail stores can be a time-consuming process. We strongly recommend that you make returns by mail using the postage-paid return label provided with your order.
Returns of products purchased online with PayPal® are accepted only by mail, not at our stores.
3. Returning a Gift
Gift recipients who return an item and do not want an exchange will be issued a RalphLauren.com online gift certificate. You will receive an e-mail notification upon receipt of your gift return provided that your e-mail address is included on your return/exchange form.
Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange. Personalized Items (e.g., Create Your Own, Make Your Own) cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges
Making an Exchange
Exchange requests must be made within 60 days of order receipt for merchandise purchased at full retail price. Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of order receipt for merchandise purchased at sale price.
Specify the exchange item and the new color or size on the return/exchange form. Include the form in your return package. Simply affix the postage-paid return label to your package and drop it in the mail, and we'll send your new item free of shipping charges.
If you're exchanging an item because of a mistake on the part of RalphLauren.com or because of quality issues, we will pay the shipping cost to send a replacement item to you. The replacement order will be sent via Standard Ground Delivery.
Returned items for exchange will be credited to the original form of payment and a new order will be placed for replacement item(s). Availability of replacement item is not guaranteed. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of exchange processing.
Complimentary Gift Packaging
Gifts come beautifully presented in our signature navy box. Not available for clearance items. We reserve the right to limit the number of gift boxes per order.
