Microsoft Made a Huge Donation to GeoHot

Recently, George Hotz asked for donations to cover his legal fee. Well, it’s a well known fact that he has indeed racked up enough money to pay his lawyers from donations; however, Microsoft may have played a huge part in GeoHot getting the fees he needed to defend himself against Sony in court.

Killzone 3 Fails to Beat Killzone 2 Metacritic Score

Killzone 2 was a major success on the critical side of thing; it received a very respectable 91 Metacritic score. Its successor, Killzone 3 – which releases today – has, however, failed to beat its predecessor’s Metacritic score.

Rumor: Resident Evil 6 to be Timed Exclusive

A couple of weeks before Resident Evil 5 was showed off at E3 a few years back reports had emerged that the Capcom-developed game may have become a timed exclusive on the Xbox 360, after Microsoft reportedly offered them a lucrative deal. Well, now, it seems that Sony are willing to do the same, but this time for the game’s yet-to-be-announced successor Resident Evil 6 for the PlayStation 3.

Sony Preparing Hack-Proof PS3 SKU

With all the recent price drops circulating Sony’s PlayStation 3 console and even reports suggesting the company may even introduce an official price drop, you can’t help wonder why Sony are really doing this for.
